TES III - Morrowind Pherim's Fire Fern Plant and Ingredient Replacer v1.1 Description: ============ This mod replaces the meshes and textures of the Fire Fern plant and Fire Petal ingredient with completely new, more detailed ones. A new icon for the fire petal is also included, as well as meshes without petals for Graphic Herbalism. Installation: ============= Simply copy the contents of the "00 Data Files" folder into the "Data Files" folder of your Morrowind installation and overwrite existing files. No .esp included, as this is a simple pluginless replacer. Do the same for the "01 Graphic Herbalism" folder if you use the Graphic Herbalism mod. Installation with BAIN via Wrye Mash is recommended. Conflicts: ========== All mods that change the meshes or textures of the Fire Fern plant or Fire Petal ingredient. Except the Leaf texture (tx_fire_fern_01.dds) all textures have new, unique names and should not be overwritten by any other mods. tx_fire_fern_01 textures from other mods are possibly compatible, but not recommended. Equivanlently, the tx-fire_fern_01.dds from this mod is somewhat compatible with the vanilla meshes, but meant to be used with the included new ones. Known Bugs: =========== None Version History: ================ - v1.0: Original Release - v1.1: Improved transparency (textures and meshes), better frond placement in flora_fire_fern_01.nif, frond stalks are now grey Tools used: =========== - Sketchup - Blender - NifSkope - Gimp - Paint.NET (For exporting .dds files - do NOT use Gimp for this! It creates bad mipmaps, at least with default settings) License/Permissions: ==================== This mod may only be distributed free of charge.
