2)   Open Morrowind.ini,  Find Block [Archives], and write name of BSA-archive;

Archive 3=Better armor (rev8_Imperial(st+ad).bsa

3) Start Morrowind Launcher, choose «Files»; 
4)   Find and double-click Better armor (rev8_Imperial-XXX).esp; For more details - !README!.txt 
5)   All Imperial armor in the game will be changed;
