1. Copy the selected model (&full Textures folder) in your "Data Files" folder. 
2. Delete the numbers after the title. The file should be named Raindrop.nif

In archive there are several different models of "rain", to choose

IMPORTANT! - There were problems with MGE! 
In this case, use the 1.x or, better, 2.x model! 

0.x - the maximum number of drops (+200% to original mesh)! could severely damage the FPS! 
1.x - 50% to original mesh. 
2.x - only +10% more rain than the original game. 
 
x.1 - recommended for replacement of default. Bamp, Detail, Dark - maps  + map reflection. 
x.2 - another texture to reflect. 
x.3 - change the base texture.
x.4 - default texture, no effects. More drops than the original .nif.
x.5 - changes the base texture + detailmap. No Reflect and bampMap. 
x.6 - rain of "fire", or golden, as more like it. 
x.7 - actually x.1, but several other parameters to change the texture
