INSTALATION:
Extract to your Morrowind folder and overrite original textures, make sure you have a backup incase you decide you want
to go back to the original.

PERMISSIONS:
The only thing I can think of that you could include this in is a UI mod, if you choose to do so that is fine,

You should be able to find these on GHF, MMH, or Nexus so you don't really need to upload them anywhere else.
