Description:A small velothi tower in Sadrith Mora was inherited by the
            Nerevarine, from a distant relative.

Heartfire tower is located in Southern Sadrith Mora, near Dirty Muriel's
cornerclub. Inside has a dome tower, with lots of storage space. There is
also a mage teleporter in there, Viresa Relas, who will teleport you to 
her contact in Balmora, on top of the council club. He is called Ri'Dato, 
and he will also teleport you back to Heartfire Tower.
