1. - REQUIREMENTS:
Morrowind


2. - DESCRIPTION:
This mod adds pirates and smugglers to the coastal areas of Vvardenfell. It is advised that low level players avoid these dangerous criminals. 
This mod does not add quests or dialogue. The main focus is to make the coastal areas more interesting with new opponents to battle, new areas to explore, and new items to be found.


3. - INSTALL:
To install this mod, copy the Meshes and the Pirates and Smugglers plugin into your Data Files folder. Make sure the plugin is activated before starting the game.


4. - UNINSTALL:
Uncheck the mod using the launcher (or Wrye Mash). If you want to uninstall it from a saved game, you will need to clean the save using a program (Wrye Mash for instance)


5. - COMPATIBILITY:
This mod should be compatible with most mods. It does not edit the terrain. This mod is compatible with Tamriel Rebuilt and mostly compatible with Morrowind Rebirth (Version 4.0)
Issues should be very minimal.
