Allows the ability to enchant the Restore Magicka effect onto items. You must learn this effect from the spell 'Feedback' that can be bought from Sharn gra-Muzgob in the Balmora branch of the Mage's Guild.

INSTALLATION:
Extract 'RestoreMagicka.esp' into the Data Files folder of the Morrowind directory. Make your own arrangements if you're using a mod sorting program.

UNINSTALLATION:
Delete the 'RestoreMagicka.esp' and revert to a previous save if possible.
