Book Rotate - Tamriel Rebuilt Patch 

An updated patch for Book Rotate 5.3 and Tamriel Rebuilt 17.09. It doesn't use any custom scripts and uses the best approximation of the existing scripts for books with TR exclusive meshes. There's a bit of clipping for some books, but it's all fully functional. (ie: no books sticking halfway through a shelf)

As far as I know this patch should work for as many versions of TR it takes before the team changes their books.  

You can test the books if you want by using the command coc _BRTest.

Drop in data files, check, go. Put towards the bottom of the load order.
