-Winters Breath-

Adds a ice staff named Winters Breath to the game which has no enchantments 
on it.. so you can add your own for what you think would suit the staff to 
your gameplay..


-Location-

On solstheim North of raven rock and west of Kjolvers Dwelling, its right 
next to it. you really can miss it..


-How to install-

Add the Esp to the game data file and also extract the icon and the mesh 
file into your morrowind data icon and mesh file.
