DESCRIPTION:
A simple mod to increase the speed at which your skills increase, and make it easier to gain higher bonuses when you level up.
It should be stated that the purpose of this mod isn't nessecarily to make it easier to get +5/+5/+5 on a level up, but rather encourage you to accept non-perfect level ups by making them quicker to gain and less taxing on your running attribute total.

REQUIREMENTS:
The mod has only been tested with Morrowind Game of the Year Edition, but in theory it should work with any copy of the game, with or without the DLC packs.

COMPATIBILITY:
The mod should be fully compatible with any mod that doesn't change skill level up speeds or level up attribute gains.


WHAT THE MOD DOES:
	LEVEL UP REQUIREMENTS:
	Major Skills:		0.75 -> 0.70 (6.7% faster)
	Minor Skills:		1.00 -> 0.85 (15% faster
	Misc Skills:		1.25 -> 1.00 (20% faster)
	Specialized Skills:	0.80 -> 0.75 (6.3% faster)
