A tower near Bal Ur set up as a player home.
There are optional interiors, with and without Cloud Storage Compatability, and another set up with Vampires in mind.
Then there is a completly empty building just for those that like to do all they're own decorating.

Activate your selected esp. 

There are no restrictions on just moving stright in.

Maybe defeat the Monster guarding the interior. (Vampire only)
