place this where ever you have Reshade presets.

This reshade is not a big deal
just a simple reshade tweaking I use

sharpening
slight blue tint
bloom
borders

I made this so I can slightly change the color
because default morrowind is very yellow and dusty.

but I wanted more normal colors.

Will update as time goes if need be.
