Slaughter in the Water

Makes Slaughterfish and Small Slaughterfish less aggressive unless the player is hurt.

Lowers their Fight to 81 (will attack when bumping into you pretty much). Adds a script that 1/s sets their Fight to 100 when the player's health is under 90%.

Does not affect the special quest slaughterfish or ones added by mods.
