Dark Brotherhood Outpost v3 - By Karmos
Thanks for downloading! To install click on the .rar file, and WinRar should open it. drag the .esp into the /Oblivion/Data folder.
When you start up Oblivion click on the 'Data Files' option and check the box next to 'Dark Brotherhood Outpost v3'.


The Dark Brotherhood is supposed to have numerous sanctuaries spread throughout Cyrodill. 
This mod adds two sanctuaries: first a small cave on the Imperial Isle, just west of the Arcane University. 
The first one is meant to serve as some transportation, a safe house, and add realism to the game.

The cave includes a few beds, dark guardians, and the usual dark brotherhood furniture. One member of the Dark Brotherhood spends lives here.

The second sanctuary is in Leyawiin. The main entrance is a well behind the Mages' Guild. 
There is also another entrance just outside of the Leyawiin walls. This sanctuary is fairly large, and includes a dining hall and sleeping area. 
This sanctuary does not include a portal to the Realm of Sithis. Three Dark Brotherhood Members live here.
