Copy The save to "\My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves\Name"

Example:

If i want to use this save i do that:

I copy the save "Save 1 - Mystfall - My Cheydinhal House, Level 100, Playing Time 01.56.55.ess" in:
"C:\Documents and Settings\Mystfall\My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves\Mystfall"

Installing Dark Seducers And Golden Saints:

Copy the file: "Dark_Seducer_and_Golden_Saint_Race" and paste into data files oblivion

Start oblivion launcher and press data files, double klick the "Dark_Seducer_and_Golden_Saint_Race" so that its
crossed.

Start the game and have fun!!!
