Name: Bows of Arrow Summoning Version: 1.1 Date: 4 March 2010 Category: Weapons and Armor Recommended: Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE), Oblivion Mod Manager Author: Uite Source: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=30287 Description =========== This mod adds bows to the game that use your own Magicka to summon arrows for them. Location ======== Both included bows are for sale at The Archer's Paradox in Bravil. Details ======= OBSE is recommended but not required. The only difference is that the OBSE version removes status update spam when using the bows. The mod is packaged such that it can easily be configured with or without OBSE. The bows come in two flavours: a Lesser version based on the Silver Bow for lower level characters, and a Greater version based on the Ebony Bow for higher level characters. The bows can be used with any arrows, and vice versa, all bows can use the summoned arrows. The arrows these bows summon are based on your current Conjuration skill when you equip a bow; the higher your skill is, the better the summoned arrows are. The bow will detect if you have any relevant summoned arrows and automatically equip them if you have them. Whenever you run out of summoned arrows, the bow will let you automatically summon more. Higher quality arrows will cost more Magicka, and if you do not have enough Magicka left, you will not be able to summon more. Double-click the name of the mod in the right-hand side of the OBMM screen, click Yes. (icon should turn green) Known Issues or Bugs ==================== Due to the way the script works, if you do not have enough Magicka to cast the summon spell, it will continually try to cast it until you have enough Magicka and it succeeds. The bows have an empty enchantment on them to prevent the player enchanting them, which would lose the script, but because of that, it displays an irrelevant charge counter. History ======= 1.1, 2010/03/03 - Fixed a bug where the script would only register every 10th skill level. 1.0, 2010/03/03 - Initial release.
