after installing one of saayas bbbs mods and a certain seductiveidleb.kf
the boobs are moving even if the female/char standstill
Ive tested it by using an other seductiveidleb.kf and the effect was gone
so it must  be the first one what causes the moving
you can download this file here on tesnexus
the name is some adaaptations BBB_manga of existing files of animations
the file self is BBB_Manga_Pack1v1.0
