The set contains several wall pieces, some walkway pieces and animated doors.

I will probably update with more elements when the time permits.


Dump in some folder in your Oblivion\Data\Meshes folder, open Construction Set and drag & drop to Furniture.
For doors, don't drag them to statics but instead to Doors.
