all arrows in oblivion are sped up!
even all quest arrows, they now fly 
through the air like planes!
but remember: all arrows
from other mods are still slow.

after downloading this file
pick the .esp and put it in
your oblivion/data folder.

or use OBMM and click on
add files and choose the
.esp in the RAR archive.
