Mod: Thieves Highway - Anvil

Thanks Martin Lynge for inspiration (exactly, for his mod Lynge Thieves Highway)
Adds flags, ladders, brickworks to Anvil (I didn't touch the Docks - it's really easy to get on the rooftops there).
There shouldn't be any conflicts, but it's obvious that there will be conflicts with city overhaul mods (Better Cities, Open Cities, etc).
Look carefully at the chimneys and houses in general. If it's too hard for you, use minimap. 
You can climb down brickworks or ladder by activating the invisible 'door'. I placed them in places  I thought will be immersive and intuitively.
And I added collision box to a tree (between houses opposite Anvil main gate) like you could use it to get to next roof. Jump there.

Installation/Uninstallation are pretty standard. I leave it to you.
If you don't get ow to do it - read any other mod's readme, there should be instruction. I'm too lazy to write that.
