DO NOT PUT THIS DIRECTLY INTO OBMM 
OR WHATEVER YOU USE FOR MODS

This contains the save and the mods you need.  Extract on
your desktop, then proceed to install each individual mod.
You then move your new save to
"C:\Users\Computer Profile Name Here\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves


After these are done THEN you may play the save.
