Name: Cardac Patches Version: 1.1 Date: 12/15/2014 Author: mhahn123 Description =========== Cardac adds a castle and small village, made with Mr Siikas Highrock Resources, due south of Mackamentain. Unfortunately the location creates mod conflicts if Cardac is used alongside Shezries Towns, Unique Landscapes-Aspen Wood, and/or Unique Landscapes-Silverfish River valley. This started as a request to patch Cardac and UL Aspen Wood. It has evolved into a set of seven individual patch files which address every possible combination of the four mods mentioned above. Cardac was in my opinion a bit unfinished since it placed items such as stairs in areas that would suggest there were trails planned at some point. However there were no trails leading to the castle or village from the main road. And no trails from the Village to the castle or outlying structures. I have taken the liberty of correcting this oversight. Also Cardac had no proper path gridding whatsoever. Therefore I had to completely make path grids from scratch in all of the areas where structures were placed and along trails. I have not path gridded interiors because that may be crossing the boundaries of what the patches were supposed to accomplish and what I was given permission for....so alas the castle interiors will not be companion friendly. I do suggest giving Cardac a good cleaning with TES4Edit before using it. Details ========= There are seven patch files included which cover various combinations of the mods mentioned above. In each of the patches I made specific adjustments around Cardac Castle and Cardac Village areas. Things like adding a trail from the village to the castle, adding a trail from the village to the graveyard, adding trails from both the castle and village downhill to the main road, adding path grids to all exterior areas, adding steps in places where they were needed, adjusting landscaping and placed objects. These adjustments help to make Cardac much more user friendly, and maintain as much of the original look and feel from all mods addressed by the patches. So the area around Cardac and it's village will look the same, to the greatest extent possible, regardless of which other mods and patch you have installed. Extract to your Oblivion Data folder either manually or using the mod manager of your choice. 2. Set Load order as listed below 3.
