To install:
1) Unzip
2) Place castlecoordinates2723.esp in your data folder (sorry 'bout the weird title)
3) Make sure to check its box in the launcher
4) Play


When you're in-game, travel to the Office of Imperial Commerce in the Market District of the Imperial City (where you can also buy the Waterfront Shack in the vanilla game). There is a new NPC with a silly face and a bad haircut. You can buy the deed to the castle from him for a pretty steep price. It's prettier than a Waterfront hovel after all ;-). 

Make sure to EQUIP THE DEED. Otherwise, you won't receive your key, which is impractical when attempting to enter the castle. 

It's a pretty big project and I'm sure there are many things that can still be added or changed to make it a better mod. Feel free to share your thoughts on it, be they positive, negative, constructively critical or maniacal ravings.
