Name: Worship in Cyrodiil v1.2 Version: 1.2 Date: October 2014 Author: Guinefort1 Description =========== Adds lore-friendly shrines to households and businesses throughout Cyrodiil Details ======= Adds a multitude of small house shrines to homes and businesses in Cyrodiil. The shrines include shrines to the Nine Divines, to a handful of Daedra, and to the more obscure cults mentioned in the lore. Currently only the shrines to the Nine Divines can be activated for blessings. The rest are just decorative, because I have neither the time nor overwhelming desire to learn how to script. The types of shrines added include: - The Nine Divines - Daedra (Malacath, Nocturnal, Merhunes Dagon, Azura, Boethiah, Mephala, Molag Bal, Clavicus Vile, and Sanguine) - Cult of Emperor Zero - Animal Cults - Cult of Heroes - The Nightmother - Reman Cyrodiil - Alessia and Morihaus Requirements ============ Oblivion Version 1.2.0416 Installation Instructions ========================= Copy contents into your Oblivion data folder. To upgrade to the new version, just uninstall 1.0 and install 1.1 Uninstallation Instructions =========================== Delete the esp and bsa files Incompatability =============== Will in all likelihood be incompatible with mods that edit the interiors and layout of the buildings in the game. That said, I do not know of any mods that would cause serious problems with this. At worst, the effected buildings might have floating shrines. Change Log ========== v1.2: -cleaned with TesIVEdit -further expanded the inclusion of large statues of Alessia, Morihaus, and Reman Cyrodiil to historically relevant sites v1.1: -corrected KN issue by replacing the wayshrine blessings with the altar blessing for the Nine Divines -replaced deer shrine mesh -added bear shrine -added shrines of Molag Bal and Clavicus Vile -added 3 more Cult of Heroes statues -expanded the number of Night Mother statues -added large statues of Alessia, Morihaus, and Reman Cyrodiil to historically relevant sites v1.0: -initial release Optional Files ============== Man Bull Morihaus is an optional file that replaces said mesh with a winged bull, as described in Knights of the Nine. This file will work for either v1.0 or v1.1. Be sure to install it after the main mod to see the changes. Known Issues ============ While not an issue per se, it has come to my attention that the blessing-bestowing household shrines will count as part of the pilgrimage quest for the Knights of the Nine. As far as I can tell, this does not disrupt the quest line in any way, but this issue has been corrected as of v1.1. Troubleshooting =============== Feel free to come to me with questions or issues and I will help as best as I can. That said, please bear in mind that I am a novice modder and may not be able to offer much in the way of assistance.
