I recommend Wrye Bash for installation, you can also install in manually by moving .esp into the /Data/ directory of your game installation.

This mod adds a Low Mana cost, Novice Level Restoration spell that contains all effects listed on this page:

It does NOT add spell effects such as Reanimate, and does NOT enable effects that are disabled from enchanting/spellmaking.
