Description: An estate west of Chorrol in the Colovian Highlands.

The estate is off the end of the Black road in Cyrodill. It has four levels to it; the
groundfloor, wine cellar, second and third floor. There is lots of furniture and safe storage
space for your items, as well as lots of decorations. The previous owner was quite the model
maker, having a model of the White and Gold tower and a ship, as well as other models. 
However, in the wine cellar there is a passage which leads to natural caverns, 
which holds the dark secret of the estate.
