Information: 
Every time I started a new game on Oblivion, I mapped out ever inch of the local map. :( This got tedious, not to mention, boring after a while so I quit playing. Then, it struck me of the perfect way to solve that problem.

I give you Kain Highwind. He is a Vampire Dark Elf. So far he has only started the main quest and bought two houses: One in the IC and the other in Bravil. He has lots of money to get you started. He might not be the most handsome character but I use him as a "Jump Character".
