In the character customization, there's now a race called Vampire. Choose that. Boom. That's literally it.

Also, another thing I added was that now every NPC with this race has a disposition of 100 towards you if you have this race.

Feel free to change or edit whatever the hell you want. I did basically nothing but just add a name and description for the race, add the disposition thing mentioned above, and make it playable.
