This is just a simple Mod to add 
a few things I felt were lacking from the other playable races Mod

it adds a skipable intro switch that can be activated to skip the intro and 
gives the player some starting equipment as well

also adds golden saint and dark seducer as playable races 
and a dremora 

I've taken the liberty of fixing the sound bug present when golden saints are not in the shivering isles 
(should work on summoned ones as well)
so your golden saint will play the proper sound effects hope you enjoy <3

to install just drag and drop the .esp in your data folder 
should be 
"C:\ProgramFiles(86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion\Data"

I might do a few updates to this including new spells or bug fixes feel free to give any feedback
