This Quest can be started by taking the crumbled piece of paper on a table left side-middle of the Foaming Flask within the Talos Plaza District. I recommend you to already have a very powerful character in order to proceed with this quest or even lowered difficulty. This is my very first quest mod, be haste to let me know any issues or suggestions you are coming across. After you kill Glum the amulet is yours which is heavily enchanted with attribute buffs.
