Gas Mask for Avatar

Adds the simple half face gas mask from Quarantine mission.
It is equipped on the avatar through the hair slots in customization.
I've included 3 files.
Both hair slots 2 & 3
Hair slot 2 only 
Hair slot 3 only

Instructions: 
1.Update your QAR Tool dictionary 
2.Unpack chunk0.dat with the QAR Tool (refer to QAR Tool read me if necessary) 
3.Copy this archive's chunk0 folder contents into the chunk0 folder 
extracted in step 1, Replace existing files. Make back ups!
4. Repack chunk0.dat with the QAR Tool
