Tool to easily generate mods that replace the names of Mother Base soldiers.

## Prequisites
* SnakeBite Mod Manager - Required to run mods created by this tool. https://www.nexusmods.com/metalgearsolidvtpp/mods/106
* MakeBite - Installed alongside SnakeBite, this is directly used by this tool to package mods.
