For those interested, I'll list the names and descriptions of the Side-Ops below. If you wish to "go in blind," read no further!

Extract the Soviet Defectors: Three Soviet officers were planning to abandon their post and seek asylum in Britain. The KGB learned of their impending defection, and the officers are now imprisoned at Qarya Sakhra Ee. Locate and extract the high value targets.
    
Silence the CIA Operative: A CIA agent was captured by the Soviets, and has apparently failed to use his saxitoxin injection. Although Miller and Ocelot heavily recommend extracting the target, the CIA will pay for a successful assassination of the prisoner.
    
Secure the Mole: The Intel Team has learned that a sleeper agent, employed by the CIA, has infiltrated the ranks of the 40th Army. This operative has valuable information on both the East and West, which could prove useful for Diamond Dogs. Extract the CIA mole.
    
Free the CIA Agents: Among a group of POWs, two CIA operatives are being held prisoner at Lamar Khaate Palace. Extract the imprisoned agents to Mother Base. Rescuing the other prisoners is optional, but recommended nonetheless.
    
Secure the High-Value Prisoner: A high-value prisoner is being held on the rooftop of Da Wiallo Kallai's central building, and must be extracted to Mother Base. Additionally, Four other prisoners have been spotted among the surrounding buildings. Secure the optional targets at your discretion.
    
Steal the Soviet Weaponry: A powerful Soviet homing missile launcher has been dispatched to Da Ghwandai Khar. Infiltrate the outpost and collect the missile guidance system.
    
Extract the KGB Intelligence Agents: The KGB has dispatched two agents to gather intelligence about Big Boss's presence in Afghanistan. It would be beneficial for Diamond Dogs to determine what the Kremlin has learned. Locate the agents in OKB Zero and extract them.
    
Extract the Soviet Officers: Two Soviet Officers are currently inspecting the weapon provisions of Yakho Oboo Supply Outpost. Infiltrate the encampment and capture the officers.
    
Rescue the Filmmakers: Three Documentary filmmakers were imprisoned while capturing footage of the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. Secure the targets located at the Mountain Relay Base.
    
Assassinate the GRU Operative: A high-value Spetsnaz GRU officer is overseeing military preparations at Da Smasei Laman. The U.S. has placed a sizeable bounty on the target.
    
Extract the Construction Crew: A specialized team of Soviet construction workers has been tasked with fortifying Da Wiallo Kallai. Diamond Dog's Base Development Team will certainly benefit from securing them. Their working conditions are substandard, so some of the crew may welcome a change of scenery.
    
Rescue the Mujahideen Rebels: A battalion of Mujahideen rebels were ambushed near Da Shago Kallai. Two survivors from the battle are now awaiting interrogation. Rescue the Mujahideen located at Shago Village.
    
Sabotage the Base Camp: A tank battalion has been deployed to the Central Base Camp. Sabotaging the vehicles will cripple the Soviet defences in the region, allowing for the Mujahideen to regain a foothold.
    
Secure the Soviet Technicians: A team of four well-trained technicians are maintaining the Serak Power Plant. Two of the specialists have contacted Diamond Dogs, wishing to defect; the others will require more convincing.
    
Disrupt the Supply Chain: A number of armored vehicles are undergoing maintenance at Yakho Oboo Supply Outpost. The CIA has commissioned Diamond Dogs to sabotage the vehicles, before they are redeployed to the field. Eliminate the Vehicles stationed at the Supply Outpost.
    
Destroy the Staging Area: The CIA is offering a sizable reward for the destruction of the Soviet vehicles, currently stationed at Da Smasei Laman. Infiltrate the outpost and sabotage the enemy vehicles.
    
Recover the Soviet Technology: The Intel Team reports that an extremely powerful weapon has been deployed to Qarya Sakhra Ee for field testing. Procure the weapon from the outpost.
    
Assault the Armored Battalion: A team of heavy infantry is currently occupying Qarya Sakhra Ee. Eliminate the eight team members.
    
Rescue the Escaped Prisoners: Two U.S. agents have escaped captivity and are now hiding somewhere in Serak Power Plant. Find them both, and extract them to Mother Base.
    
Eliminate the Mujahideen Prisoners: Soviet forces have captured two particularly knowledgeable Mujahideen rebels. The U.S. is fearful of the situation, and is offering a reward for assassinating the prisoners before they're interrogated. Miller and Ocelot highly object to killing the targets, but the final decision rests with Big Boss.
    
Assassinate the Spetsnaz Team: Four Soviet Spetsnaz operatives have been deployed to Da Ghwandai Khar. The CIA has offered to pay handsomely for the elimination of all four targets.
    
Retrieve the U.S. Weaponry: The Soviets have secured a classified U.S. weapon which must be retrieved. Infiltrate Wakh Sind Barracks and recover the weapon.
    
Capture the Weapons Expert: A highly skilled weapons researcher has been located at the Central Base Camp. Incapacitate the researcher and extract him to Mother Base.
    
Rescue the Harem: A large group of women have been imprisoned at the Central Base Camp, in an attempt to lure Big Boss. Extract the seven captive women, scattered across the enemy stronghold.
    
Damsels in Distress: In a despicable plot to lure Big Boss, the Soviets have relocated six female prisoners to OKB Zero. Locate and secure all of the prisoners.
    
Secure the Relief Workers: Three international relief workers were captured by the Soviet 40th Army, and are currently being held at Da Smasei Laman. Locate and rescue the relief workers.
    
Extract the POWs: Three high-value prisoners have been relocated to Wakh Sind Barracks. Locate the POWs and extract them to Mother Base.
    
Eliminate the Soviet Colonel: The CIA is offering payment for the assassination of a renowned soviet colonel, currently stationed at Wakh Sind Barracks.
    
Capture the Interrogator: A Soviet interrogator has been recently been assigned to Lamar Khaate Palace. The interrogator may have valuable information for Diamond Dogs. Extract the target to Mother Base.
    
Extract the Oilfield Overseers: Two UNITA officers have been dispatched survey the damage of Mfinda Oilfield. The officers are well-trained, and recruiting them to Diamond Dogs would be highly beneficial. Locate and secure the targets.
    
Dismantle the Airfield Tanks: The CFA has amassed a battalion of tanks at Nova Braga Airport. Eliminate the tanks and cripple the CFA's budget, giving Diamond Dogs an edge on the competition.
    
Free the Human Trafficking Victims: An elusive human trafficker has shuttled five female prisoners to the buildings along the road to Kiziba Camp, where they will be heavily guarded until buyers are found. Extracting the Trafficker's 'merchandise' might give Diamond Dogs a lead on his whereabouts.
    
Raid the Mansion: Zero Risk Security has recovered critical information on Code Talker's research within the Lufwa Valley Mansion. The entire mansion must be silenced before the information can be relayed. Eliminate all the units within the Lufwa Valley Mansion.
    
Assault the Airport: The CFA are amassing an elite battalion within Nova Braga Airport, and the FNLA has tasked Diamond Dogs with eliminating them. Travel to the Airport and eliminate the unit. No prisoners have been identified within the airport; feel free to cut loose.
    
Secure the Info Broker: An MPLA information broker has been located to the south of Nova Braga Airport. The target would be well-worth recruiting for Diamond Dogs.
    
The Great Mansion Rescue: The elusive human trafficker has arranged a large group of female prisoners to be confined within the Lufwa Valley Mansion, prior to being smuggled out of the region. Recover all seven of the prisoners.
    
Locate the Wounded Prisoner: A Zero Risk Security informant who was taken prisoner by the CFA has broken out of his cell and hidden himself somewhere in the oil facility. He is badly wounded, and must be extracted via helicopter.
    
Eliminate the Human Trafficker: Based on the information recovered by the rescued prisoners, the Intel Team has located the Human Trafficker to be hiding in Bwala ya Masa. The MPLA government has offered a bounty; Locate and eliminate the target.
    
Eliminate the Miners: UNITA is offering payment for the successful sabotage of the Buta-controlled Kungenga Mine. Infiltrate through the mine and river area, and eliminate the mine's work force.
    
Secure the Enemy Medics: Two highly-skilled field medics have been deployed to Ditadi Village. They are renowned specialists, and a valuable asset for Diamond Dogs. Locate and extract the two medics.
    
Eliminate the Mbele Rebel: A squad of Mbele rebel forces were recently captured, and await interrogation at Ditadi Village. An Mbele officer specifically wants one of the prisoners eliminated, before the MPLA can learn anything. Locate and eliminate the target.
    
Extract the Airport Technician: A technician who oversees the communications equipment at Nova Braga Airport has contacted Diamond Dogs, wishing to defect. He will be located on the rooftop of the main building, awaiting extraction.
    
Retrieve the ZRS Technology: Zero Risk Security has developed a technological masterpiece in the Lufwa Valley Mansion. Such powerful technology cannot fall into enemy hands, and must be secured.
   
The Jungle Rescue: Three prisoners were caught while attempting to escape from the Lufwa Valley Mansion. Locate them in the Lufwa Valley Jungle and extract them to Mother Base. Be well prepared before venturing into the jungle.
    
Extract the Station Coordinator: The Lead Station Coordinator is visiting Munoko Ya Nioka to boost worker morale. Extract the highly-skilled VIP.
    
Sabotage the Oilfield Vehicles: UNITA has situated a number of armored vehicles within the Mfinda Oilfield compound, and the MPLA has placed a bounty on their demolition. Sabotage the enemy vehicles.

Rescue the Civilians: The CFA is holding three civilians indefinitely for interrogation at Bwala ya Masa. The prisoners are skilled, and could be capable recruits for Diamond Dogs. Extract the targets.

Secure the Rogue Coyote Weaponry: Rogue Coyote has purchased a weapon prototype from the black market. This weapon is said to be extremely powerful, and would be put to better use for Diamond Dogs.
    
Assassinate the Rogue Coyote Sergeant: A bounty has been placed on the head of a decorated Rogue Coyote Sergeant, currently inspecting the defensive fortifications at Bampeve Plantation. Locate and assassinate the target.
    
Cull the Infection: The outpost to the south of Kungenga mine has unknowingly fallen victim to a peculiar disease outbreak. The hosts must be extracted or eliminated before the infection can spread further.
