So it turns out that if you boil and crush up some nirnroot, and then drop it into your poisons, it greatly increases the potency of the poisons, who knew! :-)

This is a simple esp plugin, drop in data, activate... 

In game, collect nirnroot, take it to a cookpot, convert it into a crushed form which can then be combined with standard poisons to make more potent "Infused" poisons.

(No requirements other than vanilla Skyrim)
