I made this mod for personal use and desided to share it hope you guys like it.
This mod adds a fully usable blacksmith shop outside breezehome and a outside Tikki bar on top the roof and also adds frount and side porch. Out side is a miniture arena gambling game that I couldn't get to work maybe someone else can do that? 
Added a fireplace in the master bedroom and extended it a little. 
All doors and Navmesh is follower friendly also there are alot of idle animations for you or your followers to do.
Added a wood choping block out back.

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to \Skyrim\Data\ or steam
4. Start Skyrim Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp Although it will brobly be checked already.

Uninstall
=========
1. Uncheck and delete
2. Or use Nexusmodmanager


Incompatibility
===============
If you use Whiterun trees lite, there might be a couple of trees in the way all you have to do is open the console and click on the tree and type Disable and your good.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
The weapons sometimes fall off the weapon racks, I guess I'm just not good at the weapon rack bull crap, maybe someone can help with that.
Can't get the Miniture arena gambling game to work I don't know enough about the scripting, hope someone can do that as well.
