Adds Craftable Enchantment Divider Scrolls in Tanning Station (Requires 1 Ruby Each)
Enchantment Divider Increase Enchant Slots(Via Perks) and Decreases Enchantment power for each additional slot
Currently features from 2x default EnchantSlots to 10x EnchantmentSlots
(Technically adds Enchantment Slots instead of Multiplying)
(Divides Enchantment Power By Same Amount)

Possible(Currently Untested) Conflicts:
Any perks that Set the Enchantment Slots instead of increasing the Amount of Enchantment slots(Easy to change in CreationKit to make compatible if thats the case)
