Manual:
Choose the version you like, put those Esp's and meshes in the data folder and activate the Esp's.

If you have SFO, copy also the Textures folder from SFO folder.

Better to install with fomod, so use NMM or Mod Organizer.

Uninstall:

Delete the Esp's and the tree meshes/textures from the data folder.
