Then open up the skyrim launcher, click data files, and mark the check box located next to the files you want loaded and running when the game starts. You may need to open the skyrimprefs.ini file and add the line "bEnableFileSelection=1" under [Launcher] without quotes if "data files" option in the launcher is greyed out and unselectable. Various venders in the game should have the spell tome "bound dagger" for sale. Just look around. If you would rather use the console, see below: Can be added via the console. Just type in help "bound dagger" 4 and you should see a hex code labeled bound dagger. Then type player.addspell xxxxxxxx where the x's denote the number you saw earlier.
