This is a mod for Skyrim, no DLC is required just the vanilla game patched to version 1.9

Once upon a time there was a hero. That hero was you, The Dragonborn. Then one day the Dragonborn stumbled upon a brave knight called Bevil. 
Now Bevil had had a bad time. His family had all been killed by a nasty dragon Priest. Bevil asked for the Dragonborns's help, "We're here to avenge my family...". The Dragonborn kindly obliged, and they all lived happily ever after...

No DLC required, just vanilla Skyrim and a couple of hours of your time! 

Location:- Go to Riverwood and head for the southern cliff path behind the village (Cave Marker)

To install:-

Extract the .bsa file into your \Skyrim\Data folder, wherever it's located on you HD.
Enter "Data Files" from the Skyrim splashscreen and make sure the file sk_HubDungeon - Copy has a tick in the box.

To Play:-
