the zip archive contains two files: 7168.esm and 7168.bsa, just unpack both in your skyrim\data folder

HOW TO ENTER THE WORLDSPACE
for now to go to the mod's worldspace, once in game, open the console and type "cow test 0,0" (the first image of the nexus mod page shows what to type http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/34243/ )
once you are in the worldspace being a BETA you'll notice it is empty. You can look around faster typing in the console: "player.setscale 10", this will make you run very faster but in this case use even god mode (tgm) or you could die jumping
you can even move from a place to the other choosing the cell coordinates typing in the console "cow test [x coords],[Y coords]".
the further cell to NW is about -100,100
the further cell to SW is about -100,-100
the further cell to NE is about 100,100
the further cell to SE is about 100,-100

skyrim 1.8 version and dawnguard needed
