Hello and welcome!
This is just a test mod that I made in about an hour using a tutorial. It's Fights-With-Dragons, the Argonian follower! He is recruitable in the Bannered Mare, and carries a set of Falmer Armor (minus the helmet). 

To install: 
Just extract the rar file into your Skyrim/Data, then check it in the launcher or NMM. Nothing else is needed!
