Location: Amber Creek, Falskaar, on the edge of town

This is a small cottage I knocked up in an afternoon for my low level character. It's free - just walk right in - and contains a few chests for storage, a double bed, a bathroom (well, a bath and a bucket!), alchemy/enchanting stations and a couple of bookshelves.

Note: I have necessarily altered the navmesh in Falskaar. Tested with a companion and another nearby mod (Whetherstone House) - worked fine.
