CONTROLLER HOTKEY BIND 3: BY RAISER (mindinavoid on Skyrim Nexus)
1. What?
-An edited controlmap.txt file that implements a third bind slot for 360 controller users on PC.
-I've also placed a "references" folder in the directory with the file reference data for keyboard 
-and 360 controllers for those who like to live dangerously and edit their own control binds outside
-of what the game allows inside itself.
-Incidentally, you could use this to build your own completely custom control scheme if you wanted.
2. Why?
-Because having two Favorites menu selectors is just plain silly, and I have a better use for that 
-third direction. Also, because I can't be the only one who just wanted a third hotkey.
-It also allows a third hotkey to be bound for MCM-enabled functions, simply by replacing
-the appropriate reference in the controlmap.txt file with "0xff", a null pointer.
3. How?
-BSAOpt and a little code sense. Notepad++ makes it easier to read this stuff though.
4. Where?
-Wherever you want it to be. If someone wants to get this up onto the Workshop, show me how and
-you'll earn a coveted spot in the readme. And my thanks.
