If you download USKP TKChildren Patch just install and activate.
Example Load order:
TKChildren.esm
TKChildren_DB.esp
TKChildren_HF.esp
TKChildren_V.esp
USKP TKChildren Patch.esp
childskeletonfix.esp

If you download TKChildren Merged USKP Patch.esp install and activate and then remove the following files
TKChildren_DB.esp
TKChildren_HF.esp
TKChildren_V.esp
