Step 1:
Download the Binary files 0.102 Tatsudoshi from enbdev.com

Step 2:
Extract d3d9.dll, enbeffect.fx and enbeffectprepass.fx in your skyrim folder (copy and paste)

Step 3:
download my enb files. This one is special. the Bloom file comes in two versions. The Handycam and the Hollywood version.
Both are nearly the same, only the axis of the Anamorphic flare is different. 
In the Handycam version it is blurred along the vertical axis. (up and down)
In the Hollywood version it is blurred along the horizontal axis. (left and right)
Just choose one of them. But only one of them, promise it!
Best is you copy these files so you dont have to worry about losing them.

Step 4:
place these files in your skyrim folder as well.

Step 5:
check your skyrim folder for these:
enbbloom.fx               - one of the two versions
enbeffect.fx
enbeffectprepass.fx
enbseries.txt / ini
d3d9.dll

Step 6:
play
