this mod add a boat to the river near iverstead wich can be used for traveling to the riften docks. 
it is also possible to go from riften to iverstead.

is compitable with almost al mods but not the ones that change the exterior of iverstead.

i don't know why but the mod needs the dawnguard dlc to work normal. i will try to fix this.
