I have decided to create a mod more easy and more reliable.
A light version for more compatibility with other mods.
Official extensions are not require, just the master file "Skyrim.esm".

Ok, this mod is the starting project to series of BBM.
Whiterun is the first, after other come. (Other cities)

In this mod Whiterun is the target.
A bank is added with pnjs (Banker, Pawnbroker, Solicitor, Director and more...)

It's possible to take a borrow.
It's possible to repay a loan.
It's possible to repay a debt (trade).
It's possible to purchase a trade (with income and expenses).
If you have a trade you have a salary (all the 24 hours in your safe).
It's possible to purchase a house.
It's possible to purchase a gracious title.
It's possible to purchase a safe at the bank.
It's possible to purchase a personal chest at the bank.
It's possible to setup  : purchases, trade, difficulty (MCM BBM)
