Just drag & drop the file to your saves folder (C:\Users\YourName\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Saves)

You can use my saved just to have a starting point. Feel free to change the things you want (name, haircuts, etc).
Open the character creation menu : press the ~ button and type showracemenu. Voila!
