For installation, first download the 0.132
from enbdev.com
and copy the d3d9.dll from the wrapper version.

Open your windows explorer and 
look up your skyrim folder, should be:

Windows(C:)>Programs>Steam>steamApps>common>Skyrim

(this should contain Skyrimlauncher, TESV, and, if you 
installed it, SKSE

Now paste the d3d9 file there.
just paste it.

Now download my files, and copy all the files in the 
ENB Files folder and paste them into your skyrim folder - 
where your d3d9.dll is located now.


Now, if you start skyrim you should get a 
message in the upper left corner stating
that ENB 0.132 is active or something like that.
and after you loaded a savegame or started a new one
you should see that ENB is working.
