Installation:
Download
Activate the mod in NMM or MO
Select *ONE* esp. If you select multiple then Draconian will show up multiple times in Race Select and you will be unable to distinguish which version you select.
Done!

Manual Installation (By request):
Download
Drop everything into your Data folder
Do whatever you people do to add it to your load order
Done!

Bugs: 
There shouldn't be any. If you get one, there's a 99% chance it's on your end. I've played 8 hours into a character using this race and so far no problems.
